Refund policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. Please contact us within 14 days to arrange your return and ship items back to us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and it’s advisable that you obtain a proof of postage and/or tracking.

Please note, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
