Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order within 3-5 working days. Parcels are shipped via Royal Mail via Second Class post, or First Class if you have chosen the ‘Express’ option at checkout.

 

Please note, some orders may require a signature.

 

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £35.

 

Collection is only available to customers who are visiting the clinic for a pre booked appointment.

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please send an email to info@milauk.co.uk. Please note, we are not liable for lost items when the incorrect delivery address has been provided to us at checkout.
